Junior Warriors is our kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for ages 9 through 15, serving families across the Memphis metro and North Mississippi. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:20pm to 6:20pm in Olive Branch — minutes from Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, and Southaven.
Why Junior Warriors Works
Unlike striking-based martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches your child how to control a physical situation without throwing a punch. The result is a kid who feels safe in their own body — and is far less likely to either be bullied or to become a bully.
Memphis-area parents see the change at home first: better posture, more eye contact, fewer meltdowns over little things. Teachers in the Shelby County and DeSoto County school districts have told us the same thing.
What A Junior Warriors Class Looks Like
Structured warm-up, one clearly demonstrated technique, partner drilling, and positional games that reinforce the lesson. Sixty minutes of focused movement with coaches who correct constantly and praise effort.
Every class ends with a quick lesson on the values behind the technique — respect, control, and knowing when not to use what you've learned.
Anti-Bullying, Without The Hype
We don't promise to turn your child into a fighter. We promise to give them the physical and emotional tools to walk away from most conflicts — and to handle themselves if they can't.
We work with parents across the Memphis metro to reinforce the same message at home and at school.
