We talk to our Junior Warriors about when to use jiu-jitsu and — more importantly — when not to. We work with parents and teachers across the Memphis metro and DeSoto County to reinforce the same message.

Every Junior Warriors membership includes a free gi, so there's nothing to buy before your child starts. Bring your child in for a free trial class. Two classes a week is plenty for most kids, and our schedule is built around working parents across the Memphis area — including the families who drive close to an hour each way to be on these mats. Parents often end up joining our adult classes too.
